What’s on at Bill’s.

Something good most nights of the week, from the day we open on 1 December 2026. Here’s the line-up we’ve got planned.

The weekly line-up

  • A cold beer on a Bill’s coaster at the end of a terrazzo table

    Knock-offs

Monday to Friday, 4pm to 7pm

Cheaper schooners, house wine and bar snacks at prices that make leaving the office on time feel very reasonable.

  • A Bill’s menu held open over a terrazzo table with olives, water and a martini

    Schnitty Wednesday

    Wednesdays from 5pm

Chicken schnitzel, chips, slaw and a schooner for one set price. A midweek tradition, imported directly from home.

  • A martini, a negroni and a beer on a terrazzo table beside a Bill’s menu

    Shuck o’clock

    Fridays, 5pm to 7pm

Sydney rock oysters at a price that makes a second dozen the sensible choice.

  • Sliced sirloin with a chargrilled lemon on a Bill’s plate, with chips and olives

    Sunday roast

    Sundays from 12pm

Roast of the week with all the trimmings and plenty of gravy. The best cure for a big Saturday.

Big days on the calendar

Melbourne Cup lunch, Christmas in July and the occasional winemaker dinner. Dates go up on the Blackboard first.
